1. Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the platform to function — for example, keeping you signed in as you move between pages. Without them, core features like your dashboard, practice sessions and mock exams would not work.
2. Authentication and session cookies
When you sign in, we set a secure session cookie that identifies you to our authentication provider (Supabase) so you don't have to log in on every page. This cookie is essential and cannot be turned off while remaining signed in.
3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall usage of the platform — for example, which pages are visited, and when someone signs up, starts checkout, or completes a purchase — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and is provided by Google; this data is handled under Google's own privacy policy.
4. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and records certain events as you use the site — page views, account creation, and completed purchases (including the purchase amount) — so we can understand which ads bring genuine sign-ups and paying users, and reach similar audiences. This data is shared with Meta and handled under Meta's own privacy policy. We do not use this to sell your data to unrelated third parties.
5. Cookie management
Disabling non-essential cookies (where offered) will not affect your ability to sign in and use paid access you've already purchased.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Be aware that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to PromoPassNG. Refer to your browser's help documentation for specific instructions.
