Terms of Service

1. About the service. PromoExamNG provides practice questions and mock exams to help users prepare for Nigerian civil and public service promotion examinations. It is a study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Federal Civil Service Commission, NIMASA, or any government body.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Each paid account may be used on one device at a time; using it on a new device signs out the previous device.

3. Access and payments. Access is sold for fixed periods (for example 90, 180 or 360 days) per item. Payment is processed by Paystack. Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends automatically when the period expires. There is no automatic renewal.

4. No guarantee of results. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee exam success, and questions may differ from any actual examination. Content is for educational purposes only.

5. Acceptable use. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute the questions or any part of the service. Accounts found sharing or scraping content may be suspended.

6. Refunds. State your refund policy here (for example, refunds within a set number of days if no significant use has occurred).

7. Changes. We may update these terms, the content, and pricing from time to time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
