1. About the service
PromoPassNG provides practice questions and mock exams to help users prepare for Nigerian civil service promotion exams, recruitment aptitude tests, and agency-specific assessments. It is a study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Federal Civil Service Commission, or any ministry, department, agency or government body.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account and make a purchase. The service is intended for individual use by civil servants and applicants preparing for exams; it is not intended for use by minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. User responsibilities and accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Each account may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs the previous one out.
4. Access and payments
Access is sold for fixed periods (for example 30, 90, 180 or 360 days) per item, or as a bundle. Payment is processed by Paystack. Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends automatically when the period expires — there is no automatic renewal. See our Refund Policy for the circumstances in which a refund may be considered.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, share, scrape, or redistribute the questions, explanations, or any other part of the service, and not to attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
6. Intellectual property
All question content, explanations, branding and platform design are the property of PromoPassNG (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation — it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying question banks or explanations to you.
7. Prohibited activities and account suspension
Accounts found sharing credentials, scraping content, reselling access, or otherwise violating these terms may be suspended or terminated, at our discretion, without refund of any remaining access period.
8. No guarantee of results; disclaimer
We work to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee exam success, and questions may differ from any actual examination. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromoPassNG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific access giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, the content, and pricing from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the current terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
